Last time I went to the doctor, I was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease and told my kidneys were already beginning to fail.
That was 5 or 6 years ago and I've done nothing but neglect my health further, if not outright damage it with drug and alcohol abuse.
Hedonism is easier when you know you only have dialy dialisys in your future anyway.
