This is the only way I know how to channel my anger, and I'm glad I started.

I've been running a lot lately. Feels great, I don't know why I didn't start earlier. Once I get rid of the skinny-fat flab I'll start working on some muscle.

I live on a bike path so I bought a new bike, and when it gets bad, I just grab my old mp3 player and ride until I can't anymore.

When you first started running how did you motivate yourself and not end up quitting? Whenever I start running I just end up hating it before I can get into shape.
