Is pulling multiple all-nighters dangerous for your health? I've done it earlier this week and I'm doing it again, I'm worried I might get something.

Well the story of that one asian dude who stayed awake for days to play vidya comes to mind

Don't do it if you can help it. Regularly getting less than six hours of sleep increases your chances of getting stuff like Parkinson's or Alzheimers. I used to pull all-nighters or skip sleep for a few days and it's not a good thing to do to yourself. I wish I hadn't done it when I was younger but it's the past now.

As long as you aren't taking in massive amounts of caffeine, your body will eventually get to the point where you can no longer stay awake and you will fall into a restful sleep.

It's literally one of the worst things for your body. Cease and desist immediately, plebeian.
Of course. Your body needs to sleep. Not getting enough sleep has all kinds of temporary and lasting negative effects. A possible, though unlikely, effect is death by exhaustion.
