You'll notice better sleep and a slightly more calm position. In my own opinion when I quit caffeine I wasn't feeling the kind of push I feel I could use. I will say i felt more relaxed caffeine free, but who wants that.

Really depends on how much you consume.
If it is like one or two cups most work days you probably won't notice many benefits.
But say you drink like a fucking gallon every single day. Stopping or cutting back has major benefits to organ (heart, liver, kidneys, colon, etc) health and over all will likely increase life span and quality of life after you got over caffeine withdraw.
