What do you want to know? I mean the only thing I did was just strive to be good at my hobbies and interests and just enjoy myself. What ended up happening to my surprise was that at a certain point I had commanded a respect for my talent and insight. People took notice, including girls.

I just do my own thing, and I strive to do it good. It is not easy to find passions that really resonate with you, but man you need to keep searching for it and keep exploring it once you do find a path that feels right.

What I can say about hobbies is definitely pick up something that involves making/creating rather than consuming. Being a maker of things can bring a lot of personal satisfaction. It does not have to be art necessarily.
Ask yourself why you feel awkward? Is it your own feeling without outside influence? Or was it an idea of what someone else or society told you you should be? Did the trolls and memers instill your insecurities?
The answer is probably the later. It is true that some won't fuck you due to things like height. But you should not be seeking your main source of confidence from others. You yourself should be cultivating confidence within yourself. Stressing yourself to live up to other peoples expectations is only going to leave you feeling like a empty lie.
