sometimes I'll eat raw ground sirloin. straight out of the styrofoam-and-plastic-wrap package the grocery store sells it in. Add some pepper and chopped raw onion. Best with bread and red wine.

Stupid question. It depends on the type of steak. I like my flank and cubed steak burnt on the grill and tough with lots of seasoning. I like my t-bone and NY strip juicy and rare with no seasoning.

I stick a fork into it, cut it into bite size pieces with a steak knife, then chew it, and repeat. Normally I'll cut off parts of the fat and not eat that part, but mostly I just eat it by chewing.
Daily reminded that if you eat anything below well done you might as well come up to a cow and bite a chunk of meat off
