I'm an aspie, retard loser. I have a hard time meeting women/friends in public situations.
But at work, I spend so much time with people they see past my social inability to the type of person I am -- which apparently is an okay dude.
I would say most people I work with end up liking me -- or at least not actively disliking me. However, there's always at least one person who just can't stand my aspie ass. Hates me.
At my most recent job, I had a female boss that hated my ass. She would yell at me when I'd fuck something up, criticize me constantly and was just nasty. Spun me into a depression, awful time.
But after a while, I was so fucking attracted to her. She wasn't even pretty. She was a stereotypical mom, with a big Jew nose and an average body -- not fat, but not skinny.

Basically, work towards being a better person. Strong, smart, fair, humble, peaceful, who isn't trying to impress everyone.
But while you are working on that, dressing neatly (doesn't have to be flashy), being confident, making eye contact and smiling at a girl can go a long way with women.
