It's no secret. I'm actually currently on my diagnosis process, my current working diagnosis is asperger's syndrome/HFA. I've been visiting lots of doctors and psychologists this year, I visited neuropsychiatrist last month and I have a new appointment for next week.
I'm not too worried because I know what legit high functioning autism is like, and it's not the meme condition 4chan memers may let you believe. My older brother has asperger's and he's a normal high IQ guy, except extremely socially awkward. He's really good at math and physics, but he has no friends or gf and he's like 15 years older than I am.

I don't think it's going to prevent you from getting to shoot sandniggers as long as you're not mentally handicapped low IQ mouthbreather. I do somewhat regret not getting my official diagnosis before DSM 5. It still annoys me that they eliminated Aspergers and all other sub conditions of Autism (except for those who were already diagnosed) and replaced them with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder on a severity scale.

Check your military's requirements. According to threads on here and /k/ some won't take you on if you have diagnoses for anything mental (depression, tism etc). If you're dead set on serving then don't worry about it but otherwise get a diagnosis, if you're in the "developed world" there should be plenty of organisations that can help you with things like getting a job.

I live in the US and I already got diagnosed with ADHD and a plethora of Learning Disabilities when I was a kid. I was in varying degrees of Special Ed and had an IEP basically whole time I was in school.

Actually, I have an IQ well over 130 and in the school system I was in a program for GTLD (Gifted and Talented Learning Disabled) kids. It was It was separate form, but shared some classes with both the Gifted program and the Learning Disabled program. I took honors and some AP classes, but also took some SPED classes.

No, I have to fidget/stim if I'm not actively up and moving. I fidget/stim a lot more when nervous.
I have issues with various sensory stimuli. I have real difficulties with staying focused and have lots of thoughts always racing through my mind. I have various learning disabilities such as Dyslexia. I find social interaction immensely stressful and confusing.

I can't stand most of them.
I'm Ironically diagnosed with this condition. Everytime someone bring it up I continued to deny it cause I wanted nothing to do with these people. I've been forced to get on meds and having to deal with special ed classes growing up and today I have a huge hatred of them, teachers and psychiatrist for treating me as an experiment subject. It wasn't until I moved out from school and my home that I decided to throw away anyone from my life that were a toxic nuisance. I even forced myself out of the blue to be somewhat normal and functional in shame of this paper that state that you're this kind of way. I was so terribly ashamed being related to these people.
I prefer being totally on my own instead having anything to do with this stigma. I could have anything to do to not have this diagnosis. It would have saved me much trouble and wasted time.
The only thing that remain is anger. As I know I couldn't have prevented this shit from happening.
