She'll be able to smell it on you. Sneaking in a beer with dinner every night will probably be ok. And you may be able to have a drink or 2 after she goes to bed. I'd suggest weening yourself off it now so that you're ready for significantly less when she arrives and you won't be short tempered/agitated/manic/weird.
