Those times are totally inaccurate for a NEET. It should be wake at 5 pm go to bed at 7 am. And that gives 10 hours of sleep.

Sorta this. I always go to bed once I see the sun start coming up and I usually wake up around 3pm.
Everything else is pretty accurate though just with incorrect times.

jesus man, that's the middle of the night for me, if I go to bed at around 3-ish in the morning it's because I'm trying to put some effort into changing my bad habits, its usually 4 or 5 if not 6, and then waking up around 1 or 2PM.

I feel bad for doing nothing with my life, but I also don't want to do anything. I can't find the motivation I suppose.
