I use a rag or bandanna beneath my palm when I write, it's an inconvenience but it's bearable. There's talc powder, rope burns or rubbing alcohol that can help

my hands are almost always drenched in sweat. i can never hand shit to people because it literally drips. like OP, your pic is what my hands always look like. I keep tissues in my pockets to try to deal with it.
