Who /drugs/ here?
I tried LSD for the first time with 2 of my friends last friday night, just one tab. Was fairly underwhelming, but kind of cool I suppose. No mindblowing visuals, and music was slightly better. We smoked an eighth of weed while at the peak, which was nice. I think I may do two tabs next time.
Also trying to find coke and Xanax. Haven't tried either, but would like to. Until then, it's booze and weed for me on weekends. Yay college!
I tripped for the first time a few weeks ago. I took 2 tabs and it was a bit too intense for me. I really can't even describe it. not sure if I'd do it again desu
coke is awesome, just make sure you find good stuff. good coke will usually be dense and sort of flaky, with a slight shine to it. it should also have a heavy chemical smell, kind of like gasoline. just be careful not to make it a regular thing because cocaine is expensive as fuck
xanax is fun but a little boring on its own. but it's very useful for coming down off coke or any other upper. start with .5mg and smoke a bowl with it

Are you on antidepressants? Had you smoked weed recently? Not trying to be a shill, it's just that most first-timers don't describe acid as "underwhelming". Maybe it was sorely underdosed or bunk?

Yeah I'd like to try LSD at some point, as well as shrooms, but shrooms are practically impossible to find in the UK. I have tried weed, laughing gas and MDMA though. There isn't too much to say about weed, and frankly I prefer drinking over it. Laughing gas is great but the high is very short, so it's more of a detour than an actual high. MDMA is in a different league though. I'm slightly scared how much I love the effect, actually, but that drug makes you so happy it's ridiculous. Thank god we get good pure Mandy here in England.
I've done LSD 5 times but no more than 2 tabs at once, I feel like stepping it up but I always get scared it's NBOMe. I'm probably worrying too much but I will probably get a test kit next time so I can do a larger dose.
Also gonna do MDMA for the first time soon. What should I expect? I know I could just look it up but it'd be nice to hear from people on /r9k/ who think similarly to me.

Depends on the atmosphere in which you're taking MDMA, but essentially what happens is that you get REALLY happy and lovey and you want to hug everyone and tell them how much they mean to you. I'll post an example of what I mean in a second.

Psychedelics are the opposite of what robots should be doing. If you're prone to anxiety and hate yourself to begin with, you can have some fucking PTSD inducingly bad trips. Had some good acid experiences, but then I had one where I panicked totally and I felt like my mind was being torn apart and raped. And it lasts 12 hours, way too long imo for a trip.

LSD is great. Strange that you feel underwhelmed on a tab though, usually that's a normal dose. I reccomend trying shrooms next, they are awesome too. I did some last weekend with some "friends" and we just played with blankets and talked, felt like being a little kid.
Why are you trying to find coke and Xanax? There are better drugs. Coke makes you feel good for 20 minutes and then makes you feel like wanting more coke. Xanax makes you feel good for a couple of hours which is all well and good until you end up addicted, as many people do.

It's easy to tell if its NBOMEs, just if it tastes bitter. I guess once you taste it it's a bit too late though.

Generally you want to take MD at some party you enjoy with people you like where other people are dropping as well, because you will get a very strong desire to hug others and dance and stuff. Under what conditions are you going to try it?

sure, try a bigger dose. It will be educational though not necessarily more fun. I do it a lot and enjoy smaller doses more, 70-120ug

I will be trying shrooms at the end of the semester with lots of my friends. I guess with LSD I was expecting mindblowing visuals and I really wanted music to be next-level shit. I wanted to "become" to music, but after research I've found that's not really what LSD does. I did watch a video of moving clouds and translucent eyes for 10 minutes; I asked my friend when the video was going to end, he looked at me funny and told me it was a picture. He was right.
Thinking about taking a small dose of magic truffles when I go to Amsterdam. Never done a psych alone before though; also have never done shrooms. Any thoughts? Should I do it?

Only one tab isn't going to get you to the level that is often portrayed, with shifting colors, seeing things that aren't there, warping textures, etc. In fact, one tab usually just makes me feel really weird while enhancing details of things around me.
