Don't fall for the fit memes just eat a balanced diet with plenty of meat and complex carbohydrates for energy storage is pasta. If your fat cut first if your not do any brosplit that hits chest, shoulders and back to failure. You'll figure out better routines but till then go 3 times a week with a day for the aforementioned. I'm on a cut so it's cardio daily I want to get lean before lifting again as I've gotten good at lean bulking or I don't gain fat when bulking do it right and you'll achieve this..
