I spent a good 4 years in High School taking classes on Commercial Art (Photoshop/Illustrator) classes while also doing CAD/Revit shit, and I still feel like I walked away with little to nothing. I still hop online and look for good tutorials to enhance my photoshop knowledge, or do something while I'm bored.

Tutorials are the best way to go. Worth1000 was the best resource before it changed to some shitty paid service.
