i work at a michelin starred restaurant...if someone orders something that is simple to make, and i am not overwhelmed, i can have food on their table in less than five minutes. that doesnt make it a fast food restaurant or me a fast food worker.

we have Subway, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Sbarro and probably more I'm forgetting for large American chains
but there is a huge number of smaller local places which drove McDonald's and Burger King out of business a few years back
I don't live in the US so I looked up the menus for most of these.
