Dark circles are genetic. Only way to get rid of them is to surgically implant fillers or wear concealer.
Some people have temporary dark cycles that appear when dehydrated and tired. Not fucking us.

This is the reason why I began wearing glasses instead of contacts, they do a good job of covering up the bags under my eyes. The bags appeared when I hit puberty, haven't ever gone away even a little bit. Shit sucks but my eyes are the least of my problems.
