Im 22yo male. Ive had urinary incontinence for nearly 5 years. I was once a heavy drug user but i also deprived myself of food and stuff because im a psychopath so idk if that shit caused this but it prolly contributed to it. So everyday for the past 4-5 years ive all throughout the day had piss drip sometimes without me even knowing.
Long story short the anxiety and constant focus on this embarrasing issue has completely rewired my brain. Destroyed my ego. And ruined my life.
Ive read on here some of you have had incontinence as well. Can any of you guys relate?
