Most of the US is descended from the garbage of Europe, not to mention all the black people with their lower than average IQs and impulse control.
These groups all entered the public school system starting in the 60s and 70s. Teachers would traditionally just smack kids who caused too much trouble, but by the 80s and 90s this became illegal, and "ADHD" suddenly appeared. On top of this there were and are a lot of kids whose mothers just dropped them in front of TV or video games instead of actually raising them, leading to poor brain development. This was a consequence of the feminist movement, where spending time with your children was secondary to a mother's career/personal leisure/etc.
Enterprising Jewish psychiatrists entirely devoid of ethics took advantage of all these desperate parents and teachers and created "diseases" like ADHD in order to sell drugs to children.
