Who /robotjob/ here?
I make the popcorn for a guy who owns two "soda shop" type of stores. I've worked for him for six years.
I'm pretty much the only guy who makes it. Occasionally he'll draft someone to help me around holidays when sales spike.
This is my usual schedule.
>get to first store at 5:00am (my choice, trying to avoid seeing customers/other workers)
>fill all the stock needs
>do the regular scheduled types
>get breakfast
>go to other store to check inventory
>go home
>take a quick nap
>get to store during the dead hour (around 2:00-3:00)
>make the stock for the other store
>bag it and drive it over
Should've posted a cute anime girl, because the thought of a cute anime girl doing your job is so fucking adorable.
What do you even call your job, OP? "Popcorn Producer"? "Popcorn Fabricator"?

Yeah but how much do you get paid? Doesn't sound like you put in very many hours.

I don't know. I'm just the guy who makes popcorn. It was supposed to be a three-four person role but I just took over I guess.
This really nice old lady comes in once a week and calls me "the wizard." Which isn't far off from my life. She always gets the same thing, medium caramel, small confetti, small chocolate and a small extra cheesy.
It's all for her grandkids I think.

I make $16.30 an hour. It was a lot lower when I started but he gave me a big raise when I became the only guy who did it and another when he gave me a "team leader" title for making popcorn.

Who does your team consist of if youre the only one who does it?

Couldn't tell you.
He has "teams" for all the different roles. Guess he thought I needed it too.
It does make it easier to work with people during the high traffic periods like I mentioned earlier.
Maybe he thinks he'll need more people to work with me, I hope not.
