I think you're doing all the cherry picking. I do mostly stick to ROK GLL, and a maybe a couple bloggers when I think to check it. It's self improvement at its core with a big focus on what not to do. This makes sense since with so many men wanting different things a one size fits all approach won't work. I think what convinced me that it has some truth in it is seeing repeated patterns and biases towards women no matter where you go.
