ebay is tricky, sometimes you can find killer deals but there are bootlegs everywhere
for used figures i generally use mandarake since they have a wide array of stuff for pretty cheap and bootlegs are very rare on there
i like amiami too, but they're generally best for preorders. they have some preowned stuff but it doesn't update as frequently as mandarake

OP here, I don't know if it's bootlegs or not. It's coming from Japan, that I can guarantee you.
But also I don't care really. I have like a dozen figs from this seller and a few others, cheap like that. Some of them are from gashapon toys. Some of them look a little shitty, but then again I payed like 30$ for half of shelf of characters I like.
