Robots, I think my mental state is deteriorating due to lack of social contact. I say words to people to get through the day but I haven't had a conversation in months. Is there a way to trick my brain into thinking that I have positive social experiences regularly?

I really don't want it to come down to having to talk to an actual person, but I feel like if I don't do something this will have an irreversible effect on my brain.

All I do is play TF2. I talk on the mic and it's the only thing that keeps me relatively sane. Although the majority of the stuff I say on the mic is autistic, like pretending I'm Josh Nichols or some other character.
