I lost almost 40kg recently but put on 15kg (sorry for burgers i don't know the conversion) recently. Just started dieting again, it is pretty hard. I gave up energy drinks (or limit 1 per day) and chips and its going okay so far. Down about 1kg in the past week.

In feb/march 2013 I was 120kg, by october I was 99kg. (that part was the easiest because to stay at 120kg i was eating so much excess calories that just by counting calories I was losing weight very fast). Then from October 2013- September 2014 I went down to a personal best of 79kg. After that I got invited out after being a neet for 2 years and having no contact with former school mates and even though I had lost weight I was still a loser who nobody really enjoyed being around so i gave up and gained 15kg by stuffing myself. I'm currently trying to get to 70-75kg (i'm 94kg now).

My motivation is that I want to go to live abroad in Japan and have a semi-normie life, however i know in reality it isnt possible because im an autistic faggot. i'll probably give up weight loss in a week or so
