I've heard that Hong Kong is past its golden era and I've heard negative things about Singapore. Older people seem to enjoy Singapore but all of the young people I know that have been there longer than 6 months end up finding it pretty boring and stale.
Sounds like a cool place to me, though. Just wish you could smoke weed there. I like the idea of a nice-weather, orderly, safe place like Singapore.
Of the 3 I think I'd choose Taiwan. I've heard that it's lovely there.
Also I read Taipei a while back and enjoyed it.
