Sugar is my heroin
I wagecuck and binge eat. This is my life. On weekends I lay in bed eating and sleeping and wasting time on my computer. On weekdays I usually eat nothing all day then minimum 1 box of sugary cereal after work.
I feel nothing.
I listen to YouTube videos of a woman breathing and making sleep noises, and hug pillows, so I feel less alone.
If my roommates are too loud I hide in my closet buried under blankets and play white noise so I can't hear them.
How can I get clean r9k?
