It's equal to pressing the download button, but it's superior to print-screen, since only doing that won't give you its full resolution. Downloading/opening in new tab gives you its full size.

Its more insidious than you realise, facebook detects numbers in your phone and puts the people on your find friends list
Facebook has new "react to" feature where if it detects you slideshowing through somebodies photos it uses your webcam to record you and sends it to the album owner so they can see the heartwarming reactions and publish the video if they choose.

Follow some ironic meme pages 4 laffs - a lot of them are broadly aligned with the sense of humor here on r9k. FB is pretty handy as an RSS feed too, you can follow your most favouritest news outlets and get them on your newsfeeds.
