I personally think it will be a ravaged nuclear wasteland with the heads of millions of SJWs and lefties displayed on pikes, but thats just me.

I'd imagine that certain Islamic groups would try to claim land within a country (Sweden) and turn that area into a complete shithole while demanding aid from Europe.
Southern Sweden in particular I could see suffering this fate when Muslims overthrow the local government.
Also all around Europe Terrorist attacks will keep escalating. First it was Paris, then Brussels. I'd imagine Germany isn't far behind.
