If pounds of makeup can make girls look 100 times prettier, why is it stigmatized for men to wear it?

I'm not talking about lipstick and eyeliner, but what about foundation and stuff to hide pimples and bring out symmetry. Are men just supposed to be naturally handsome?

And yeah, all a man can really do is try to get the world to improve his shape. Isn't there more pride in it, anyways? A lot of women really end up spending their time trying to pile over one another and end up on top. Caking on makeup is part of all that.
