No, this is completely natural. The male and female bodies regulate their own hormone levels. Males and females both have testosterone and both have oestrogen. The difference is you artificially pump the body of either gender with one of these hormones, and this causes the other hormone levels to fluctuate, and also sets off all sorts of other hormonal reactions in the body. Every doctor knows this, this is why hormones for transexuals is seen as a last resort.

Tip for low test robots, lifting really helps A LOT, its not a meme, it significantly increases test levels. Also lose all fat, abdominal fat converts test into estrogen, and this estrogen makes you gain even more fat, and that fat produces more estrogen (wich decreases test production), you can see the vicious circle. Other than this there isnt much you can do naturally.
If you want to take the chemical route, try deep web. It is legal to buy steroids and FDA regulated (non narcotic) drugs, its just illegal to sell them without a receipt, at least in most states. For eurofags like me its fully legal for you to buy non narcotic drugs pretty much everywhere in Western europe, but again illegal to sell without a receipt.
Do know that taking external test lowers your natural production of test and increases estrogen production, so when you get off it you need to have a good anti-aromatase, i would suggest letrozole as its effects are permanent, and a non permanent one as well for small cycles (you need a small amount of estrogen to prevent health problems).

Really the estrogen inhibitor is a godsent. Test is more for short periods, you cant take it indefinitely, you will literally die if you do so.
If you can get letrozole that would be the best option imo, but dont overdo it. It binds permanently to the aromatase molecules, so once you take it its done , there is no way back.
