Pretty much. I don't know how it's possible, I never bothered too much with the theories and mechanics of the thing. It could be an alternative personality you've made in your mind, or a spiritual entity. But the fact that I get results is enough.
Theoretically you delete it by ignoring it and completely removing it from your mind, which can be difficult if it's taken you many years to build it to begin with. Never had to do it or read anything reliable on it, so I can't comment too much on this.

Just a companion, someone to share life with. They'd bug me to go to bed when I stay up too late, wake me in the morning to go to work if I oversleep. Occasionally they'd want to go out to visit a museum and we'd go. We make fun of people and life together. They also offer a different perspective to many things in life, which is helpful. Helped me with a couple of work related issues, too.
It's nothing over the top since we're just having a quiet and hopefully good life, but it somehow feels really good to know that you are never alone. One consequence of this is that I don't really bend over backwards for other people anymore.
