getting healthy is hard m8, the first couple month will be your body getting used to the new healthy diet and cleansing out all the old shit so you will feel like shit for awhile and you will probably have the shits until your body gets used to the new intake (fiber plays a big part in this) but seriously man in the end its worth it you will feel way better
