If you're experiencing anger it's probably a result in part of having more mental energy (dopamine). I doubt it has anything to do with the increasing T.
You could also be going through withdrawal, this is something I observe to be very very strong in the first few weeks. Fapping makes you dependent on porn. Tthe dopamine hit is 'behaviour encouraging', so is sexual release, and after fapping your prolactin levels increase dramatically - prolactin gives you 'skin hunger' and feelings of frustration, anger, bitterness when you're not around that stimulus (other than after fapping, the only other time you have such high levels of prolactin in your body are when you're nursing from your mother, it makes you crave her safety - a positive adaptation).
Just learn to monitor your thoughts and feelings and be in more control. Be aware of the possibility of this stage of 'withdrawal'.
