It's a tossup. Sometimes they come out looking alright, and like one in twenty comes out looking pretty.
But there is an added risk that the features just don't mix right. They're eyes don't fit their skull, their mouth is too small (or big, if we're mixing with Africans)( for their jaw. Stuff like that.
Sometimes, they come out looking like unhealthy genetic flukes that shouldn't have happened.
