I tried to quit porn for the last several years and keep crawling back to it.
I've deleted my porn a million times. I've had accountability partners. I've asked for help. Got therapy. Prayed. And nothing works.

What I don't like about porn is it wastes my time and keeps my mind from engaging people and my goals in life. Porn is my escape. It covers all of my depression while it makes it worst.

I've realized if i wanted to 100% quit porn I would need to quit my job and whole lifestyle and go do something like I first described.
but I'm also literally autistic (and was before porn or the internet were even in my life) and I'd have to go celibate, I don't think I'm really capable of a relationship even if I'd never looked at porn.
