This summer I went to a therapist and managed to get less anxious in social settings.
I enrolled again this year, it's Ben exactly 6 months and I have no "friends" in uni, I talked to some people every now and then but it was always them asking me things.
Some weeks ago a girl sat beside me and started talking to me as if we had already talked, I was kinda embarrassed and ticklish but managed not to go full autist; I even managed to make some inside jokes and shit. After the lesson she told me "see you next time". Never seen her again.
However, I don't really think it's that bad always being on my own.
Probably that's cause I don't look like someone who spends their whole life playing vidya and masturbating in my room.
I guess I managed to build some confidence by curating my looks and style, I dress better than most normies and this makes me feel better when I'm about to have panic attacks.
