You'll feel a little light headed each time you smoke for a month or so but that is just your brain getting addicted to nicotine

you avoid addiction by not getting into cigs in the first place. i started at 14 and at 22 ive cut back to about 2-3 cigs a day but at this point my first thought when i wake up is i want a cig. i love tobacco and i dont necessarily want to quit, but i sure as fuck regret starting so young. at least wait until youre 20 or older and your body is done growing
