Not a manlet, but have you guys considered wearing boots or lift shoes? Mate I basically have to crouch constantly indoors, I'm nearly as tall as the ceiling in many buildings so any kind of light fixture or reinforcement beam will crack me straight in the forehead.

I was 5'7" for 20 years (Somehow gained a little over an inch over the last 2 years) and my height has never really been an issue.
I've had lots of success with girls. Dated a 4'10" girl for over a year, dated a lot of girls my height give or take an inch or so. Even had a thing with a girl who was around 6'2". 5'7 flip here.. I'm above average for most filipinos but manlet here in the US. I don't think it's much of an issue for us asians being a manlet because it's expected that way.
