Likely they'll have a sample of your blood taken, but saying things like "low sex drive" or "trouble getting erect" will help a bit.
If it's only a bit low, they will recommend diet/exercise. Mention depression and that you can't get the motivation to work out and that you've heard testosterone can help get that jump start you need and you probably will. A lot of doctors will push antidepressants, but insist and if they say no, look into getting another doctor. Tell them you're not the expert, but you've done enough research to be sincerely curious to get a testosterone boost to get you going.
(Chances are you do have low T and won't have to convince the doctor that you need it. It's actually quite common in depressed men. Downward spiral I mentioned earlier.)
