My main issue with your statement is the rejection of "reality". Whatever you use to explain why this reality isnt "real" requires greater complexity than simply accepting your sensory input as accurate at least subjectively. Without that you cant explore any of the countless philosophical conundrums. If we are just brains in a jar than what difference does that make in your life? Even if reality is the result of artificial stimulation its essentially a moot point.
