Funny thing when you age, you see yourself as young for a good portion of your adulthood; adults begin to not look as old as you've once perceived them when you where a teen or a child, since now it simply normalizes for you as you get closer to their age. Once this happens, young people look even younger and gauging their age becomes difficult. I've mistaken some 21 year olds for 16 year olds, but when I was 16 myself, no 21 year old in existence ever looked like they where still in high school to me.

It works out well in college because I'm a little bit older than other people in my classes but they still want to socialize with me. It's a huge advantage with girls.
It does get annoying when bouncers and bartenders scan my ID multiple times at bars, though.
