I've known people well into their 50s, and people younger than me, who are bigger losers than even I could be. Success, self reliance, "the future," it's all a myth. I would rather live comfortably than be miserable chasing some big nothing.

I still worry about it from time to time, it's easy to take solace in death. After you pull that trigger it's all over, you never have to deal with it again. When you think about it like that worrying makes no sense. No matter how bad you fuck up the result is the exact same.

That's what I have to tell myself to stop from completely falling apart, at least.

Wageslaves will be having to deal with the same problem due to automation over the next 50 years or sooner, my parents have told me as long as I behave I always have their support, theyre onlyate forties, I have 30-50 years of mom helping me out left, after that I might be able to live off the government if its more socialist, or just die. But I mean Ill die not long after anyways.
