Put some preparation h ointment under your eyes. That's what they do during in Hollywood.
For acne, there's a lot of stuff you can try. Soap with salicylic acid, washing your pillowcases regularly if you're a stomach/side sleeper, getting a gym membership and really sweating your pores out in the sauna, and cutting down on grease and sugar in your diet.
