>NEET

>1 hour psychological evaluation 'test'.

That's what they do to keep neets out. Way till you have to go to the interview and they ask you what you have been doing for the past years and other stupid questions.
wagie here.
Applying for jobs is as bad as working a minimal wage/job you hate.
>>27505968
Yeah, I've had that. I survived it by saying 'travelling'. Honestly, no one gives a fuck if you're stacking shelves, its insane.
>>27506014
Lucky you haven't got a dickhead for a interviewer.
I got yelled at by manager because i sat alone near my cabin during dinner break
Leave me fucking 20 minutes alove
I think I keep failing the tests where you're given a load of scenarios and then have to pick which responses you would "more likely" and "less likely" to do.
It's like there's a very specific set of answers they expect.
>>27506041
Word of advice on those tests. Always pick most likely or less likely. Anything in the middle you fail by default.
>NEET
>Open job application
>Forgot my pen because I am high
>Ask for pen
>Woman at counter asks if I would like fries with that
>>27506032
So long you aren't a prick to customers/other employees it really shouldn't matter AT ALL how little you socialize.
>>27506041
Get a normie to do them for you.
first job I got I went to my exceedingly normal dad and he gave me answers that I thought didn't make any sense to one of those ridiculously long questionaries.
I got the job.
It really is an autism filter.
They do those to weed out the niggers and retards who can't perform a highschool level test
>>27506032
>live 2 minutes away from home
>ask if I can go home for lunches
>uhh.. umm.. well.. uhh..
>>27506150
Yeah, but the jobs I'm literally applying for a full of niggers and retards. I'm not actually that bad by r9k standards, I just need money. REEEEE
>>27506101
Really? Hmm. I do typically stick around the middle.
Oh that's not some sneaky confidence test, is it?
>>27506188
Yes it's to pick out the people who can't make a firm choice for the situation. Pretty much a autism test. So remember always pick the most likely or less likely and nothing in the middle.
>>27506173
It really sounds like you're more retarded than those niggers and retards since they can get fired and have a new job by the week's end whereas you can't even get a job in the first place.
>>27506150
>Have an admin job
>All I need to know is how to multitask, cope with pressure and complete conflicting deadlines
Anything I don't know is in a help file or is known by another staff member.
>>27506242
I was assistant manager in my last job (post office) but then I fucked off and became NEET for 5 months, and I'm finding it really difficult to find a job for some reason, I can usually get one within a week or so.
>>27506217
I never want to pick extremes because there's usually value in all the options.
I will do what you suggest next time. Go maximum only.
I would ask a normie like >>27506140
suggests but I don't really know any. My parents are pretty autistic themselves.
just go to a temp agency.
that is the only way to get a job in today's world if you don't network.
The public listings are just for legal reasons, then they hire someone they already know.
Temp agencies are where employers go when they actually need an employee and can't hold out for a fucking electrical engineer with 18 years experience stocking shelves at the world's busiest walmart
>>27506303
Well you obviously haven't gotten a job so far. Plus just google it it's common they don't pick people who can't make a choice.
>>27506303
you're applying way too much logic here.
Remember what employers want.
Stupid, trainable, unquestioning, authority respecting, obvious dullards.
Ignore the middle choices, pick the first thing that comes to mind with trying to rationalize it or think of a circumstance that may disprove it.
This is not a trial, they don't want a lawyer.
>>27506338
I've had a couple of jobs. They just tend to be agency ones that didn't have an application process or interview. They just assign a number of us to some job for a couple of months. Work dries up and we're back to being unemployed.
>>27506383
I need to go to the agency sometime in my state if it has one. I've gone to the union but that place is always dry.
