This happens to me every once in a while. I don't think its a brain tumor otherwise I'd probably be dead. It usually happens just before I get sick or if I am dehydrated. Drink more water senpai

Did you drink/take benzos (e.g. ambien) before sleeping? That's the most likely solution.
Could also be MSK pain from incorrect sleeping position, with neck pain referring as headache.
Both are easily treated with ibuprofen. Take 2 as a loading dose, then 1 q8 hours for about 1-2 days straight.

I am aware, but it's very similar in chemical structure, and both are gaba-ergic. I mean, they're technically non-benzo sleep aids, but they're similar as fuck. Still, yes, you're correct technically.
