They legitimately forget I'm lactose intolerant every single day and they think it's nothing even though even a little bit of dairy will make me sick as fuck. And then when I do remind them that I CANNOT EAT DAIRY they say something along the lines of "oh yeah, you're post tolerant or whatever". I hate it.

i dont think this thread has much potential to stay alive but i stand in solidairyity with you, OP. I also don't eat a lot of meat, not because I'm vegetarian or anything, it just makes me sick usually or doesn't sit very well. I don't want my family to have to make separate meals just for me but it'd be nice if they'd make stuff I could actually eat more often. I usually only have the energy to make junk food and I don't really like junk food, so many nights I go without dinner.

hmm I see. I've had problems with my bottom for years but I could never pin point the cause, I can be fine one minute but then poo fountain the next.
Drinks like coke and pepsi are the worst culprits but some days I can drink them and be fine, its odd.
