I just cant seem to relax and be happy. I'm constantly angry and depressed. Its gotten a tell of a lot worse over the years. I don't want to see how much worse it gets but I can't see a way out.
Have you done deep breathing exercises for the anger? It really does help.
You should also see a therapist. They may know ways to help.

Well, that makes three of us. I had to cover my chair with a blanket after I stubbed my toe on the chair's leg and punched part of the chair out. Didn't want anyone to notice. Dunno why but hurting myself on inanimate objects is always sure to piss me off. I often wish they were real people just so I could fucking clobber them.
