Ask a 26 year old Dane who moved to Japan anything! Been here for three months now and finally feel like I'd be able to answer a few questions.

A few quick ones: I don't watch anime. Me moving here was spontaneous, so I didn't have time to study. My Japanese is improving but still bad. I work as an English teacher. I live close to Tokyo.

Please let me know what you think Japan is like. I'd love to hear what kind of notions robots have.

Sure you do. Basically the same as an asian masseuse in white countries, right?

Three months.

>>27487114

They call me Sensei, if anything.

>>27487131

Eikaiwa teacher, i.e. not ALT. Many ALT's report that they're basically walking dictionaries.

Daily shit is fairly easy because Japan is such an easy country to live in. Haircuts are tricky, though, with a language barrier. You might get lucky and find a hairdresser who speaks English. It's funny you mention it, because tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut, and my manager from work (who's incredibly nice) is going to tag along and translate for me, hah!

>>
>>27487233
why the fuck would there be muslims in Japan
>>
>>27487233
Not OP but there are a few. There are many foreign students from Malaysia, Bangladesh, Palastine tec.

I've also met some Turks etc.
>>
>>27487233

Japan is around 97% Japanese, and most foreigners are in Tokyo and Kyoto. I do wonder if there's a correlation between Japan being so peaceful, friendly and respectful, and there being few outsiders...
(I do appreciate the irony of that comment, seeing that I am a foreigner, but you get the idea).

There are a good number of Philippinos who come here for work, and lots of shady Nigerians, but other than that I don't really see any fishy types. I can't recall having seen any muslims yet
>>

is it true that law enforcement is really heavy there? Have you been confronted by the police?

>>

Not once. I'm a tall white dude though, they probably think "harmless tourist" and leave me alone.

>>27487358

Just applied for jobs. Because I am Danish, programs like JET and Interact don't hire me. They want native speaking teachers because apparently we don't live in a globalized society, eh.

I have a degree, so finding a job wasn't particularly difficult, but you do have to be patient and extremely wary of shit jobs. I started with a shit job, but managed to change and now I'm working for a good company. If you can, though, getting into programs like JET is a good starting point. Everything is basically handled for you.

>>27487472

I don't know how much JET exactly pays, but most jobs net around 250.000 yen, give or take 10-20k depending on where you end up. I'm making 250.000 a month right now. You can google convert it as easily as I can.

>>27487474

Lots of places are super beautiful, especially now since it's spring. Truthfully, though, I haven't traveled much yet; I am still employed full-time, after all. This summer I am going to travel more and see rural Japan. Compared to Denmark, though, there's lots of incredible nature.

>>27487496

There are plenty of sluts in clubs, as in any country. Some girls like foreigners, partly for our looks, partly because we're unlike Japanese men. From what I gather, Japanese men aren't always particularly pleasant to their women. You can't generalize with 127 million people, but still, I hear some stories.

As a 6'4 relatively well-dressed white dude, I do get a lot of attention.
>>
>>27487541

Japan is about harmony. If you're not an annoying retard, and if you make an attempt at conforming to reasonable things, then you'll be more than fine. Japan feels really easy, safe and comfortable in my opinion. They're very nice.

I have, yes. These days everyone goes to hanami: cherry blossomg viewing. It's a big thing here, and pretty cool. I've been to Yoyogi park in Tokyo. It's ridiculously crowded, so I'm tying to find some nice, relaxing place closer to my home.
>>
>>27487548
Masters in English? Was that something you obtained from furthering it in university? I'm french, but in theory already wield english quite well. Would there be any be way to cop out on those tiresome five years of university?

And since I also was the one to ask about the pussy you slay there, that seems awesome. In all honesty, I can respect the japanese on some things, but their attitude towards their women is utterly laughable and it seems like the world's easiest bet to cuck them. That said, I'm not a blonde aryan giant. Might not work out so well on my side?

My degree is from 5 university years, yes.

You *need* a degree to get a job. A bachelor's in any field in fine, but you do need one, I think. Perhaps you'd get lucky if you tried, but I've seen many, many job postings and all of them ask for at least a bachelor's.

I don't slay lots of pussy. A fair bit, I guess, but I don't desperate try to fuck as many whores as I can. Actually I wasn't even particularly fond of Asian women beforehand. I like(d) the blue-eyed-blonde-haired Western women, but after coming here... let's just say that *real* Japanese women are INFINITELY more attracted and cute than any Japanese porn actress you'll find.

It is difficult for me to explain, but their women are more cute, feminine and, well, nice, than many Western women. Maybe I am romanticizing right now, but I honestly came here thinking I'd never feel attracted to them and now it's totally turned around. That all being said, I don't know what they're like in actual relationships.

>>27487647

I eat out fairly often. It's quite cheap (seen through Danish eyes). I have a rice cooker, which is everything. I use it pretty much daily. The kitchens here are laughable by my standards, so I keep it simple.

>>27487685

Because I have a Master's degree and don't speak "Danglish" (as we call it). I am white, yes.
>>
>>27487064
how are you enjoying fish and rice for breakfast? I think if I ever go back, Im bringing a bag of cereal with me

>You *need* a degree to get a job.
Aw. I suppose one might say I've already accumulated credentials that attest to the fact that I speak english, but I suppose you are correct to say that they do still require some backing through a Bachelor's or Master's. To tell you the truth, studying a language I already know for three years isn't that alluring of a thought. So instead I'll ask: what's their stance on native speakers? Maybe I could teach some french there, although it's probably less sought-after.

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't want this to be durable. If I could stay a temporary gig that enables me to earn cash, see the world, and boost my confidence through their euraboo sluts, I'd prefer it. Hence why I wouldn't invest that much time of my life into giving myself a chance of teaching there.

How about? Is this temporary or not?

And can't say I'm much attracted to their women, but they seem easier to swoon, and I'm curious of that advantages endows you with. Hopefully their pussies get moist if you're able to recite one easy french poem. But seems you've succeeded anon. Godspeed friend!
>>
>>27487862

Frogive senpai-sen. (Or is it the swedes whiose names end in -sen ?)
>>
>>27487862
I'm curious of that advantages that being white endows you with*

S-sorry. I can't spell for shit today.
>>
>>27487862

I am just one man, and perhaps I am wrong. Actually I did my job training with a dude from France who has a degree in business. Japan loves those teaching certificates (many philippinos have them), so if you have those, or other official documents, you might be fine. Smaller private schools aren't as picky, so if they like your profile you can probably get lucky.

Most contracts are for 1 year. My current one is 18 months. Most people leave within 1-3 years. I will, too.
>>
>>27487930

>I'm curious of that advantages that being white endows you with*

I am traveling here with my childhood friend. He is born and raised in Denmark but ethnically he is from Indian (Sri Lanka). I get loads of tinder matches and he doesn't get any. I guess that's a concrete example of whiteness being preferred.
>>
>>27487789

And that's white I'm referring to. For me to actually have a chance of basking in an environment where I'm the Chad (God that sounds retarded). My whiteness isn't that eplicit though. I'm 6' 00" (I suppose that's good enough there), but otherwise I have dark eyes and hair. Will they still like me? And I've seen first hand that girls will be sluts to me if I present myself as "le french meme man" so I hope that carries over to Japan because of their delusions on muh Paris.

But thanks a bunch for the help you've been. As you've explicited here, I'll probably earn some unrelated but "safer" degree, have them hire me for a short time like you, and retreat back to Europe to fight the race war against the Muzzies.

You've inspired me a lot. Consider yourself proud :3.
>>
>>27488139
what I'm referring to*

Once again, soz for those spelling errors.
>>
>>27488139

Seems to me that many girls love French guys. The language of love and all that jazz. 6'0 is fine. 6'4 is pretty much freakishly tall here. I get looks and comments often because of my height.

Good luck, frendo. See you on the frontline in the inevitable muzzie war.
>>
>>27488255
>The language of love and all that jazz
That's never really gotten in my path, but know that our reputation being that, girls actually feel bad for just sleeping with you and not getting in a couple with you. Something about our "language of love" brand makes their brain think "oh boy no, I'm wasting my chance with the french guy by just sleeping with him, and not being in love with him". It's like they think they're not reaching the full package expected of a french guy by only whoring it out with you, and doing no further. But eh, they only get those rerets after-coitus. Strange stuff.

And hbu? Do you just lie and say you're german for them to say "oh WW2 allies :DDD"?

And yeah about that war, where will you be serving? I hope to man a tank that'll be speed through the Balkans and besiege mighty Constantinople.
>>
>>27488393

Denmark is gloriously attractive and fairly unknown to them, so I just dazzle with stories of social security and lots of leisure time.

I will probably be an officer on the frontlines and will die gloriously in battle in a counter-attack somewhere south. Maybe even in France.

>>27488057

I took you for a friend, and yet all this time, you were conspiring to seep those communist ideals within Japan? But it must be quite regretful that your government bare your country of so much of its culture (because of "muh multiculuturalism" I presume) that nowadays you can only praise its welfare system and nothing else.

>>27488477

Would it be difficult to be a white woman living in Japan?

I've always wanted to visit, and a friend of mine is a lesbian artist who has traveled all over Asia. She said being a woman traveling unaccompanied is hard to get used to at first and you always have to be on your guard. She's Latina and occasionally got a bit of trouble for that in some countries. Being gay definitely did not help. She also went the teaching route, but I think she got a lot of her travel compensated through a post graduate program.

I must warn you though that, unless you advertise yourself as a proficient english teacher that'll teach international baccaulaureat students, most languages teacher are basically recruited locally in France. I'm genuinely amazed that Japan has to import its teachers.
>>
>>27490536
I honestly don't care what I'd have to do, I just want to become french. I'm a soldier in the US army right now, but I have a background in mechanics and agriculture so I'm down to do whatever it takes. My dream is to own a small farm with my wife and children in the country side. I just don't know how to get there.
>>
>>27487064
Was thinking about going to Japan to star in Japanese cuckold porn where I am the bull to Japanese women and cuck the Jap guys. (White btw)
>>
>>27490585
Well you shouldn't have such a hard time fitting in then. Mechanics should guarantee you some good cash, despite the high unemployment plaguing us. And if you plan to pursue in the army, there's our French Foreign Legion. This is as good a time as ever to join our army because it's being endowed quite some love and admiration at the moment for their involvement in pacifying our cities after the attacks. And there's constant commercials nowadays to expand the army. They're going to be recruiting 15000 new soldiers this year alone.

About that dream life of yours though, well it'd be unfair to shatter it this prematurely, but you'll only be allowed to have those ambitions prosper if France is purged of muzzies beforehand. Trust me, in 20-30 years, this won't be a country you'd want to have your kids in. Just unsafe.
>>
