I daydream. Sometimes i have trouble discerning reality and dreamland. Sometimes i have to tell myself that it isn't real and has never/will happened.
Anyone else?
Borderline schizophrenic here I can relate. We need to get back to reality!
I can daydream for hours just staring at my computer screen. My longest record is 5 hours which was interrupted by a family member.

I know that feel. Sometimes I forget which conversations I actually had and which were just my imagination.
Also, the 2 best robot movies, American Psycho and Taxi Driver, are basically about this phenomenon. Both Patrick and Travis get stuck in their heads, they can't differentiate between reality and fantasy anymore.
