Does this mean anything? I kind of suspect it does, since I noticed during puberty that I started growing chest and pubic hair on the right side of my body slightly before the left side. My left testicle never descended properly either (my right one didn't either, but I got an operation when I was 12), which I guess is related too.
Feels bad being a failure at a hormonal level, but at least it kind of excuses all my other levels of failure.

that's only the case for instruments with frets like a guitar/bass, or a piano. you need fairly large and stretchy fingers to be a piano player.
you don't need big hands to play a violin, saxophone, trumpet, flute, clarinet.... pretty much any instrument like that. they'd run in to some trouble with a cello or a double bass i guess, but even there having small hands isn't a deal breaker.

It has nothing to do with blood testosterone levels. Its mostly related to testosterone in the womb, which comes from your mother. Blood testosterone is fully independent from that.
Womb test seems to be more important though when it comes to appearance and sexuality. Personality and size (muscle and bone structure) is mostly decided by blood testosterone though.
