yes its an undercosted uncounterable trample creature. It also costs 6 mana, three of it green. If you're running mono green you might get this guy out turn 6 some of the time (by which point your opponent has drawn 6 potential removal spells. If you're not on mono green, your chance of playing him on curve is even lower (unless you're on fetches and shocks, in which case you're probably playing better cards anyway).
